How do we do that?

For individuals and small business owners, we aim to provide you with legal services outside normal business hours in person, by telephone or by skype. This saves you the hassle of organising time off your busy schedule, finding a way into the city or finding a babysitter for the kids. It also allows you to deal with your legal matter from the comfort of your own home or office, whether you are close to Perth or live in a more regional suburb.

For agents and larger business owners, we can provide you with legal services in the same manner during business hours on booking or outside business hours.

The benefit of utilising this method is best illustrated by the judiciary’s approach to technology improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic when the State and Federal Courts invested in technology that would enable parties to conduct their matters by telephone or electronically. We continue to apply that method to keep our services convenient and keep our overheads down by predominantly operating from our home offices.

In circumstances where we will require meeting you in person, or where you may wish to meet with us in person instead, we may organise to do so at your premises, at our home offices or in the Perth CBD.
